What the fuck? Did his mother name the kid while high on Oxycontin? Were they high? And what's up with all these ghetto/hillbilly names white people are coming up with these days? I see it all the time in the schools and on xbox live (a whole other story). Man, they should invent a new word called ghetoO'Billy or something. There we go, I just did.
