No, shit! Those fools in the pentagon/white house are finally figuring that out. Shit, did they already forget about Vietnam?! Wow, you think they would read up on basic military history/strategy before going all cowboy up into a major conflict that will shape our country and the world for generations to come.
You can't "liberate" a people and expect them to like you if their day-to-day lives' are worse than before they were "liberated". You have to make their lives' better and stop killing them for them to accept/like you!
Man, it's scary to think how incompetent/ignorant our leaders are. Now, if only they could come to the same conclusion to "winning in Iraq"-make their lives' better than before we got there.
